Guidelines & Guardrails as you #ReimagineSCRIPTURE... Why are there multiple versions of the Bible? Can we even know what the original message was? By:James Jordan The question is raised by atheists who want to discredit the whole work. It is also raised by legalistic Christians who judge you by which one you use. The reason for translations Translations are not necessarily in competition. They can be aimed at different audiences. Some are best for reading large chunks at once.…

His remarkable life influenced a wide spectrum of people from everyday neighbors to U.S. Presidents. He also had a profound influence on the landscape of North American Christianity. More than teaching us new ideas, John’s life was oriented around teaching us how to see. John helped promote the language of “asset-based…

But I didn’t really have any sense that there were different types of prayer that might be needed in different circumstances. I am starting to get a better handle on this now. For example, when Bob Perry and I are leading a prayer call, we have a…

People are doing their job…but no more. There is a general lack of “team” amongst the staff. You’ve tried team building exercises and retreats, adjusting your goals, even bringing in a consultant to help build buy-in and unity. But it all eventually fades back into crickets. If you want to see God do amazing through your…

He prayed and healed and ministered in the midst of daily life – in the streets of the marketplaces and in the family kitchens. Christ-ians can become believers in their preferred brand of systemic theology. Church can morph into a culture-encapsulated form of worship…

Thanks for welcoming me to the Forum. I had thought I was already a member through the Prayer Leaders Network, but the sign in process wouldn’t allow me to sign in using my passwords from that site, so I created another account.
I had wanted to commend the article that I received from y’all by email about dealing with 4 realities that make it difficult for Intercessors/prayer ministry leaders and pastors/church leadership to build a praying culture in the church. I thought it was very insightful and a helpful perspective. Thank you for the article.
Hi Phil.
As a new member, I received 2 emails from you.
The first, informing me that my membership had been approved, contained 4 links all containing significant errors. None of the links worked, but I was able to deduce what the errors were so correct them for access. Not a good start! You should examine the links in the email that was sent two me to ensure this doesn't happen to other new members.
Links in the second email regarding my profile appear to be OK.
Steve
Thank you!
Thanks, Bro!!!
