Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone else on here struggles with entertainment choices. I love good old classic rock music, and blues...and movies. I generally find myslef listening to christian music, but feel pulled back over & over again to the secular music.

While reading 2 Chronicles, chapters 6-15 today, one particular verse jumped out at me. It was 2 Chronicles 7:1 "When Solomon finished praying, fire descended from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the LORD filled the temple."

Pastors & depression
As a pastor, I often wind up fighting bouts of depression...anyone else battle with this? Just wondering if I am the only one, and if not, any advice on dealing with this would be helpful.

Just curious as to how many of you miss the Discipleship Journal magazine? I have almost every issue from number 25 to the last one they put out. I have read and re-read them many times, and have even used many of the articles as Bible study lessons.
