FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE July 26, 2017
Mission America Coalition Names Millennial Evangelist Nick Hall CEO
“It’s fitting that God would lead us to select an evangelist to carry on this movement to a new generation for the expansion of the Gospel has always been the focus of the Mission America Coalition.” --Dr. Paul Cedar, Chairman of the Mission America Coalition Palm Desert, Calif. (July 26, 2017)
Nick Hall, the 35-year-old founder of PULSE and visionary behind Together 2016, will be named President and CEO of the Mission America Coalition, one of the nation’s most significant conveners of Christian leaders and organizations focused upon evangelism and discipleship.
The Mission America Coalition was launched in 1993 by the United States' Committee of the global Lausanne Movement. The Lausanne Movement was founded in 1974 by Rev. Billy Graham as he developed a passion to unite all evangelicals in the common task of the total evangelization of the world. What started as the U.S. representative voice of the Lausanne Movement, the Mission America Coalition has become a significant part of the Christian landscape in our nation.
Rev. Graham served as the honorary chair of the Mission America Coalition.
The Coalition regularly convenes national leaders in advance of the Gospel in North America, most recently through its Love2020 initiative that aims to reach every American with the authentic love of Jesus by the end of 2020. The Mission America Coalition’s diverse activities have a single focus: evangelism and discipleship in the United States.
"It is with joy that we welcome Nick Hall as our incoming President/CEO of the Mission America Coalition,” said Dr. Paul Cedar, Chairman of Mission America Coalition. “It’s fitting that God would lead us to select an evangelist to carry on this movement to a new generation for the expansion of the Gospel has always been the focus of the Mission America Coalition. I believe Nick Hall has been uniquely anointed by God to share the Gospel, and we believe he has a voice and message that will resonate with this generation and bring together leaders for the cause of evangelism.”
“Evangelism is my passion, and it has been the entire focus of my adult life,” said Hall. “I’m honored to join the Mission America Coalition and I’m praying and believing for a great move of God in our generation. As leaders in the Church, we have been given the charge not only to train up young leaders but also to collaborate with them. I believe this generation is hungry for Jesus, and we’re doing everything we can to make Jesus known.”
Dr. Cedar continued, “God has wonderfully prepared Nick to assume this significant leadership role, and we thank God for it.”

Please download a copy for yourself of the free eBook by J.D. Payne " Unreached Peoples, Least Reached Places: An Untolfd Story of Lostness in America"
written by J.D. Payne
- March 3rd, 2014
I am delighted to share that Unreached Peoples, Least Reached Places: An Untold Story of Lostness in America is now available to download as a pdf. It’s brief, about fifty pages. That is intentional. You can read it quickly.
The pastors with The Church at Brook Hills are always asking how we can best equip our faith family for the work of the ministry (Eph 4:11-12). Part of shepherding others to reach the nations requires painting a picture of the realities of lostness. Therefore, I wrote this short ebook for our people.
Unreached Peoples, Least Reached Places is written to cast a vision of reality in the United States, and to offer some practical steps to move us along in disciple making and church multiplication. We know much about lostness in other parts of the world; we know little about it in our backyard.
One of the convictions that we hold as a faith family is to give away many of our resources for Kingdom advancement. With this in mind, I am releasing this book to you. I pray that it will be a blessing to you and your ministry.
So…
Download your copy.
If you do, tell others to get a copy. Spread the word, far and wide.
Take it. Give it away. Use it for leading your church to the nations in this nation and beyond. If you do, tell others to get a copy. Spread the word, far and wide.

Denver 2012 Prayer Requests
Join those Christ-followers across the country who have been praying for me and the Denver 2012 Leadership Consultation, which I will participate in October 29-31.
1. Pray for us to prepare our hearts. Joel 1:14 "Declare a holy fast; call a sacred assembly. Summon the elders and all who live in the land to the house of the Lord your God, and cry out to the Lord."
As the invitations to Denver 2012 are extended, may each recipient prayerfully consider their participation and God supply every need with funds, time, and resources.
2. Pray for us to humble ourselves before the Lord. II Chronicles 7:14 "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
May the Lord prepare our hearts now to receive from Him those strategies that will bear much fruit for the Kingdom in years to come.
3. Pray for the Love of Christ to be manifested. John 17:23 "I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me."
As we tabernacle together with Him, may there be a Spirit of agreement and unity such that each person be refreshed, reinvigorated, and recharged personally as well as for ministry.
4. Pray for harvest workers. Matthew 9:37 "Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
May those attending Denver 2012 hear a clarion call to more effectively reach out to the lost and make disciples.
5. Pray for the Kingdom of God to come. Matthew 6:10 "Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven."
Above all, may we hear from God in Heaven so that we may expand His Kingdom and do His will on earth, so that the whole Church takes the whole gospel to the whole nation.Lord willing, your prayers will help shape evangelism and mission through the end of this decade!
June 21 to July 4, A Fortnight for Freedom. Prayer and teaching nationwide for gratitude and respect for freedom to live out our faith without interference by our government.
The Mission America Coalition (MAC) is an unprecedented Coalition of Christian leaders who have prayerfully come together to mobilize the Church for praying, caring and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in deed and word.
Since its inception, leaders from 81 denominations, over 350 ministries and dozens of ministry networks have been involved in the Coalition. MAC calls for active participation in The Great Commission of Jesus Christ to “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19) and our Lord’s Great Commandment to “Love the Lord your God . . . and love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37, 39).
The Lighthouse Movement was launched in 1999 by the Mission America Coalition to help mobilize the church to pray for, care for and share Jesus Christ with every person in America.
Loving Our Communities to Christ (LC2C) grew out of the Lighthouse Movement and city reaching efforts of the Mission America Coalition. LC2C emphasizes not only city by city transformation but also encourages every follower of Jesus Christ to become a light in their own community.
Our Mission Statement is:
"The Whole Church taking the Whole Gospel to the Whole Nation -
and to the World!”
