Silent Night
Silent night! Holy night!
Shepherds quake at the sight
Angels in highest announcing
“For unto you is born this day in the City of David
A Savior, Christ the Lord.”
When Christ was born, the silence of that night
was broken with the angelic announcement. ‘Jesus is Born!’
Jesus came to Earth to make a way
that we could come to the God in heaven
—and that way was through Him.
He came to die on the cross for you and me,
to pay for our ugly sins.
He did that because He loved us
—each one—you and me.
What an act of Love that night
—Jesus came to earth for you and me,
so we could have eternal life.
He did all that because He loved us!!
That’s what Christmas is about.
And all He asks of us today
Is to Believe in Him,
and when we do, He will give us eternal life. See John 3:16

I believe love motivated Jesus to Earth. For me, what Jesus did for me on the cross, I'm thankful. I owe him my life and I give him my all to serve and worship Him. I'm not saying I have it down perfect but I know that I need to surrender my life to God and work with him in completing His will.
