Lord, What is on Your Heart?

Are we so rushed that we do not ask the Lord what is on His Heart?  We have so much to do--THAT it seems like there is no wisdom or sense in slowing down.  How does that affect our prayer?

Is it important to slow down and ask the Lord what is on His Heart, and actually listen to Him?

 

If you have done that--perhaps you might be able to share some encouragement for others to do so.

    I am guilty too--The Lord reminded me to ask Him what is on his Heart.

    Wow, I am so guilty of NOT asking the Lord what is on HIS heart.  I am so busy telling the Lord what is on MY heart.  Lord, I ask for Your forgiveness, and I thank You for this wonderful reminder through Lewis!
