What is Together 2016?
It a gathering on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., on July 16, 2016, that will be focused entirely on Jesus. It will be a day of unified prayer, worship, and a call for catalytic change (from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm). The hope is that a million people will pray together on a single day for revival and spiritual awakening.
Who Will Participate?
Organizers are calling it a “family gathering” for everyone, but they expect a generation of young people to lead the way.
This day will be a historic moment of asking Jesus for a massive, collective “reset” of personal lives and a nation. The hope is that at least a million people will pray together on a single day—and that this unified voice will change the tide of culture and turn this nation to Jesus.
Who Is Behind It?
Much of the leadership team is made up of people involved with PULSE, a movement of prayer and evangelistic events especially geared to the Next Generation. Nick Hall is the lead visionary for both PULSE and Together 2016.
This movement is also a partnership between hundreds of ministries, such as Cru, Luis Palau Association, Awakening America Alliance, OneCry, National Association of Evangelicals, National Prayer Committee, etc. Several national leaders will be on the National Mall on that day, including: Francis Chan, Kari Jobe, Ravi Zacharias, Hillsong United, Luis Palau, Casting Crowns, Jeremy Camp, Nick Hall, Kirk Franklin, Josh McDowell, Lecrae, Matthew West, Ronnie Floyd, Michael W. Smith, and others.
How Do I Get Involved as an Intercessor
The hope is for a million intercessors to join the prayer team to pray in advance for Together 2016.

How Can I Pray Now?
Please pray for the orchestration of all the logistics and details of putting on a gathering of a million people on the National Mall. Pray for continued favor with the National Park Service. Pray also for the finances to orchestrate such a massive event.
Pray for the planning of the program for the day on July 16—especially for those who will be on the platform leading in worship and prayer with the focus on Jesus.
Pray for the Church to recognize the urgency of our day—and be willing to support Together and the many other prayer initiatives that God is raising up in our nation. May the Church be united in pursing God in our desperate need for revival and spiritual awakening!
