For a long time, a very small church in Niigata, called Niitsu Lutheran church, has been on my heart. There are only six members. They don't have their own pastor. They have faith, and they faithfully meet every Sunday afternoon, but they don't seem to be growing, and they know it. Please pray that they would grow in maturity of faith, trusting in God to provide and bless their obedience, and be seeking out God's will for their growth, that they would know clearly how God wants them to be obedient. Pray that they would grow in hope, that they would long for more of God's glory in their lives. Pray that they would grow in love, that they would not only be more welcoming to all who visit their worship time, but that they would also reach out in love to the community around them.
