Immanuel (Emmanuel) God With Us

Take a minute and listen to the attached video.  Have you ever taken the time to really understand 'God With Us' means?

Christ coming to earth had tremendous significance, and what He did was an act of God's Love that gave us the opportunity to allow the word of God to be in our hearts through believing on Jesus.

Take a moment and share with us what it means to you that Jesus came for us.

    Thank you for this Lewis!  When God came down from Heaven to be with us, it was God's intervention that He always planned, so that His Love could live in our hearts....so that's why we can also think of it as....When love (Jesus) came down (and went back up seated at the right hand of the Father, interceding for us in Heaven), and living in our hearts by the Spirit.  Merry Christmas to you and your family!
