Ask the Savior to Help You

Too often many of us carry our burdens as we pray.  I am no exception to that statement.  With the new year approaching us -- perhaps we should make a decision to ask our Savior's help as we pray in the coming year.  It would be encouraging to hear how our Lord has already helped us pray when we asked His help.
