How many of us sit on the sidelines and don't really pray for up-coming leaders?---Stop now and listen to the video that is attached, then consider:
When you sit on the side lines are you critical of their efforts as we often are of coaches at a football game if we disagree with their call? --be honest on answering this question. We might be thinking that we don't see the traits we want to see in a leader, or we may disagree with their method. --In reality those are critical judgments, and they do not help someone grow and develop.
Maybe you may be willing to share something about how you worked through those judgments and now you work to encourage others._________________
