Today’s Prayer

 ⁹ Lord, You have made it clear how a young person,
      how any person, can stay pure,
      by obeying Your word.
 ¹⁰ With all my heart I have sought You,
      don’t let me wander from Your commands.
 ¹¹ Thy word have I hid in mine heart,
       That I might not sin against Thee.
 ¹² I praise You, O Lord;
      teach me Your decrees and Your statutes.
 ¹³ I recite aloud
      all the ordinances You have given us.
 ¹⁴ I rejoice in Your laws
      as much as in all riches.
 ¹⁵ I will meditate on Your precepts
      and reflect on Your ways.
 ¹⁶ I will delight in Your statutes Lord.
      I will not forget Your word.
