Your Roadmap to Transform How to Think About Ministry

Reimagine.Network exists to equip pastors, leaders, and everyday disciples to rethink, reset, and renew how we live our faith through our ministry calling. Our aim is not to add more programs, but to spark Spirit-led transformation—personally, locally, globally, rooted Scripturally.

Drawing from teachings, templates, insights, and ideas gathered across ministry conversations and curated resources, Reimagine.Network offers four distinct pathways that guide you in applying the call of Romans 12:2:

“Do not be conformed to (existing systems and programs),

but be transformed by the renewing of your mind (how you think).

Then you will be able to discern what is

the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.”

Each pathway serves as a roadmap to help you shift perspective, gain new tools, and implement fresh practices. Together, they create a comprehensive approach to reimagining ministry in today’s context.

No matter where you begin—personal renewal, church transformation, team development, or theological reflection—each pathway leads you deeper into the Spirit’s work of reimagining ministry. Take your first step today and discover resources that will equip you to explore, unlearn, reimagine, and apply fresh ways of thinking and living.

PERSONAL: Recenter Christ in your who you are and what you do
THEOLOGICAL: Renew your mindset, your presuppositions
CONGREGATIONAL: Review and revise worship, fellowship, discipleship, leadership …

Pathway 2: My Theology (Interpretations & Applications) Transformed

Behind every practice lies a belief system. This path explores how our theology—our convictions about God, people, and the world—informs our ministry choices. It challenges you to revisit interpretations and applications of Scripture with humility, courage, and openness to the Spirit’s renewing work.

  • Focus: Biblical interpretation, theological reflection, and practical application.
  • Goal: To build a theology that not only informs but transforms ministry practice in today’s culture.

Pathway 3: My Church Transformed

Congregations often default to “conformity”—repeating models that once worked but no longer serve. This path challenges your church to rediscover its identity and mission. Resources highlight ways to move beyond maintenance toward missional impact, helping congregations become communities of prayer, disciple-making, and gospel witness.

  • Focus: Church culture, mission, worship, prayerful discernment, and congregational life.
  • Goal: To shape a church that is both deep in discipleship and wide in outreach.

Pathway 4: My Ministry Team, Group, or Organization Transformed

Teams and groups thrive when they learn to think differently together. This path provides tools for leadership labs, small groups, staff development, and organizational renewal. The emphasis is on collaborative learning, shared vision, and actionable strategies that move a team from “good intentions” to “Spirit-led innovation.”

  • Focus: Leadership, collaboration, planning, and equipping.
  • Goal: To create Spirit-led, mission-driven teams that embody unity and creativity in ministry.
