Prayer and Relationships

Intercessors--we often pray alone, and I would venture to say that many of us have tried to pray regularly with others but the 'spark' that drew us together for prayer-went out.

I am in  a prayer group that may have learned an important key to relationship--and it did not come over night.  That key is humility. 

I would like to ask all of you--what is your experience in building relationships and prayer. Where you do pray with others--what are some of the keys in that relationship that you have observed.  Those  thoughts may help all of us in encouraging others to pray, and our own intercession.

  • The word consistency comes to mind. Like many things praying with others takes commitment of time. 

  • For those intercessors how have not had the opportunity to fully build relationships with others--what might be your thoughts that would help you be able to build relationship with others involved in prayer?
