Many Intercessors Love to Pray--but do we take time to seek the Lord for Wisdom on How to Pray?

I have a question that takes real humbleness for intercessors to answer?  In Praying for a need or a situation, do we really take time to seek the Lord on who to pray?

Recently, I was made aware of a problem in an organization.  Before praying, I sought the Lord how to pray.  The Lord showed me a way that would not include my attacking through prayer, but opening the door for Him to work.  I am attaching my thought here in video format--through the attached video to this discussion.  It is the same video that I used on the group, Encouraging to Pray.Please take time to listen to it, then share a thought.

I would like to hear comments from intercessors on how they respond in prayer to various situations, including arrogancy in a person or an organization, or other issues.
