The two parables in Matthew 25 suggest that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is going to ask us how faithful we are to His service in the areas of using our talents and replicating His sacrificial love to further His saving, redemptive mission to all nations. Acts 6:1-4 also suggest that He is likely going to be interested in how committed we are to prayer and the ministry of His Word. What do you think is the one question He may likely us on His return? How are we prioritizing the work of His kingdom?

Thank you Pastor. He won't ask me if I had ever owned a jet or not. He won't ask me about how many houses and other physical possessions. He would be interested to hear about what His servants have done to touch, inspire, and impact positively on people's lives through prayer, evangelism, preaching and teaching of God's Word. It's interesting to note that earthly, physical possessions even though are necessities for this life, really don't count for things that qualify a believer for inheritance in His eternal kingdom. More thoughts are welcome and will be most appreciated.
Micah 6:8
NIV And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
TLB He has told you what He wants, and this is all it is: to be fair, just, merciful, and to walk humbly with your God.
AMP And what does the Lord require of you Except to be just, and to love [and to diligently practice] kindness (compassion), And to walk humbly with your God [setting aside any overblown sense of importance or self-righteousness]?
CEV The Lord God has told us what is right and what He demands: “See that justice is done, let mercy be your first concern, and humbly obey your God.”
