PRESENCE OF GOD TUESDAY’S CHURCH PHENOMENON PRESENCE OF GOD TUESDAY’S CHURCH PHENOMENON People who attend God’s Presence on Tuesday, feel such a sense of belonging and expectation that they eagerly wait for this day of the week. (This meeting and church structure works within a larger one, Presence of God Ministries, with its own Sunday assistance, four meetings on average every day of the week, plus six meetings on Sunday). God’s Presence’s Tuesday pastors, encourage, challenge with motivation and help people to reach their goals. They are pastors at hand of the people. They are always available and are emphatic to their parishioner’s needs. Leadership and Pastorship- Figures: The structure of Tuesday´s church is the following: Weekly assistance is 450 approximately. Growth Teams, or 10 Teams (composed of 10 persons) 47 Team Leaders. 100 Associated pastors: 22 How do we appoint our leaders? Pastors pay attention to those disciples who show a pastoral heart, who have healthy relationships with people. The Associated pastors ask them for an interview and challenge them to lead a team. How can we recognize an Associated Pastor profile? We apply here,the "CHCHA " RULE: CHARACTER, CHEMISTRY, and AVAILABILITY. Which are the benefits found in this structure? As we work in this way, we get the aim of ministering and caring every person attending our church, this day of the week. Leaders are trained regularly and receive pastoral care from their Associated Pastors. At the same time, Associated Pastors receive pastoral care from their Senior Pastors: Samuel and Flower Stamateas. This structure model lets us provoke in people a belonging sense, a faith family atmosphere and generates the wish of sharing it, alongside with faith testimonies, out of Tuesday Church doors. Which is the stuff shared in Growths groups? The New Testament Bible and daily life applied studies,which are designed by Senior pastors Samuel and his wife Flower. These studies contain daily life questions and its answers may be applied on a daily basis. Along the week, leaders keep on working with the group members, by means of phone calls, Whatsapp groups with prayers and supplementary stuff. Training System: “Presencia MARTES” church, (Tuesday God’s Presence Ministry), has the main characteristic of being a leaders’ training church. We have a monthly training seminar, where all team attendants are invited for a further growth time. This training time is especially peculiar. The teaching is practical, and the scope is a deep spiritual growth. People receive tools for a personal, labour and family growth. As pastors, we can perceive the attendants' joy and sincere fellowship. Every two months, we have trained with the Team Leaders. These training meetings are a bit similar to the monthly training seminar, with the difference that we make a stress on how to work as a team and leadership growth. We help leaders in giving them tools that may help people to work out their daily struggles on their own. Every 45 days, Associated Pastors are gathered in a growth meeting with Senior pastors. The frame of these meeting is a relaxed atmosphere, and we share experience, testimonies and doubts which may arise, and also we share lunch or breakfast. These meetings goal is to create a dialogue and a council following in the pastor’s task, just in case it is required. Special activities are designed for future pastors of new sees. The pastoral work in our sees, requires strategy and a high commitment. We, as "TUESDAYS" church, fix it within the general frame of the whole ministry. It is a pillar inside Presence of God Ministries as a whole. It is the cradle of great pastors and enthusiastic leaders.
