Equipping African Pastors to Make Disciples in Portland, ME The Portland Bible Institute is equipping pastors from the African diaspora to make disciples who do justice and love Jesus in Portland, ME. African immigrant pastors often have little, or no, formal training, so the Institute works to equip them with theological and practical training.
