  • Cynthia i have seen great success with this format not to say it`s special but it works for me,1st praiseful acknowledgement of GOD  2nd meditation upon the written Word promises,3rd call upon the name of the LORD,4th i lift up all the days request  with all manner of prayer, preferable high noon till i feel or sense a release in my spirit,5th i make decrees of victory and proclaim  the lordship of JESUS over all the situations in the prayer session,6th i worship, worship, and worship in the SPIRIT and pray in the SPIRIT, this is a format that works for me and the ministry i lead, also Cynthia its a flow that the SPIRIT carries us through during these times of warring in faith.but the most important thing i can say to you Cynthia is stay very, very quite throughout the prayer day as you know He will speak volumes with just one word amen.keep on praying and seeking His face forever be blessed my sister in JESUS name amen,!!!!! if you need my scripture reference, let me know i`ll post them for you.ok!!!

    • Anthony, what a blessing to read your format.  Yes. I would like your scripture references.  I use a format much like this and feel I am weak in two the areas you give:  making decrees of victory and proclaimation and worship; I cut the day too short and this would help solidify what the Holy Spirit worked in me through the Word and Prayer.  I will keep on seeking His face and that right early every morning...one of the barriers recently has been in getting the breakthrough of some of my personal prayer needs (enough said on that).  I am encouraged greatly by your remarks.
