I’m so glad the Lord gave us a daring prayer to pray. The Jabez prayer is ours!

 

“Oh that you would bless me and enlarge my border, and that your hand might be with me, and that you would keep me from hurt and harm!”

I Chronicles 4:10 (NRSV)

 

Or, paraphrased:

“So, Lord, bless us indeed with more of your supernatural favor and your unlimited goodness!

May you increase your kingdom influence in us and though us! May the hand of God be upon us.

We ask for more of your peace, presence, provision, and power! Keep us protected. In Jesus’ name! Amen!”
