Pray for the Unity of the Body of Christ

In 2014 there will be 31 nations in Brazil competing for the World Cup.

In 2016 there will be over a hundred nations in Brazil competing in the Olympic games.

God is taking the nations to Brazil. I believe God is giving the church the greatest opportunity we have ever had to advance His kingdom for His glory.

But if the Body of Christ comes together, focused on the kingdom of God for the glory of God, then God will pour out His Holy Spirit on His church and we will see what we have never seen. We will see the world come to know that Jesus is the Savior, just as Jesus prayed for in John 17:11, 20-23.

Right now pastors in Brazil are preparing to receive thousands of missionaries from around the world to come to Brazil to help evangelize and disciple the hundreds of thousands of soccer fans who will be coming to the World Cup games.

1. Will you join us in asking Father for what Jesus asked for, the unity of the body of Christ?

2. Will you invite pastors you know to join you in praying for the unity of the body of Christ?

3. Will you ask God if He wants you to be part of this huge effort?
