How do you pray for your country?

In the United States, we're blessed with innumerable resources that help us pray for our country.  Right now many are focusing on the coming elections.  But there are always many we can choose from.

Here on Pray.Network, we're blessed to have members from all over the world.  I'm curious to know from those outside the US - what resources do you use to pray for your country?  Are there websites or email subscriptions like our Presidential Prayer Team?  Do you have initiatives that would correspond to our National Day of Prayer?  Have any local authors written books regarding praying for your country?
