Jesus says, "For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children" (Matthew 19:14). However, approaching Jesus "childlike" can feel unnatural in a world driven by growth and performance—especially as ministry leaders managing unrelenting to-do lists, facility upkeep, crisis counseling, and everything in-between. We begin to feel more like God's employee rather than his son or daughter.
