A Template to Reimagine . . .

Don’t copy the behavior and planning customs of this world.

Let God transform your planning into a new by changing the way you think.

Then you will learn to know God’s plans for your ministry; plans that are good and pleasing and perfect.

Romans 12:2 (paraphrased)

 

• Plead as you Read

   -ask the Spirit to highlight an insight or idea as you encounter the commentary

 

• Heed the Need

   -pay attention to the problem the Spirit want you to tackle

 

• Feed as you Lead

   -cast a biblical of vision of this fresh leading of the spirit and invite participation as you plant new ideas – your leader ship is not to tell the conversation with you. Your plan is to work together to uncover the plan of the Holy Spirit.

 

• Breed but expect to Bleed

   -Recognize that as you birth a new plan or even a new program there will be reluctance in some and resistance from others.

 

• Weed while you Seed

   -do not be conformed means do not be afraid to make changes; plant new season of “what could God do if we…“
