Assurance of salvation, assurance of answered prayer, assurance of forgiveness and assurance of accountability before God.
I would then look at the Apostle's Creed (beyond memorising it- to be able to draw it from Scripture) and finally emphasis that the word of God is a "never ending Mine" and as a believer, we are constantly learning. This I would call as the bearest minimum.
