Track 1: Aligning Perception – Aligning our perception of our commitment to the Great Commission with reality. Question: Where are we?

Track 2: Aligning Vision – Aligning our vision for ourselves with God’s Great Commission Vision for us. Question: Where do we want to be?

Track 3: Aligning Strategy – Aligning what we do with God’s Great Commission Vision for us. Question: What will get us there?

Track 4: Aligning Structure – Aligning how we lead with God’s Great Commission Vision for us. Question: Who will get us there?

Track 5: Aligning People – Aligning insiders and newcomers with God’s Great Commission Vision for us. Question: Who will keep us there?

B.O.O.M. Boomers Out On Mission: Though the future of the church might focus on reaching Gen X, Millennials, and younger generations to come, the present in many congregations is weighted toward Baby Boomers (+/- 5 years). What if these Boomers who are already with us could be mobilized to reach lost Boomers in the community in an 11th-Hour Harvest (see Matthew 20)? B.O.O.M. equips Boomers in the church to be out on mission, reaching their peers with the Gospel. This brings present vitality to the church, giving the church momentum and staying power for reaching future generations in the days ahead. Sure, it’s a surprising thought, but more and more churches are finding this creative approach to ministry to be right on time and right on target.
