Where in the Bible does it say...?

Hello Readers:

I would like to know where in the Bible it says God is all powerful, all knowing, all benevolent and ever present?  Does God say this about himself?  This is considered to be the primary characteristics of God in theist religions. I haven't seen it in the New Testament yet.  Can you reply consisely giving me the references too.
