  • WHAT?  - What is the "1-Question" leaders must ask in order to #ReimagineFutureChurch?

What makes me dance?      (think of David bringing in the Ark into Jerusalem)

  • SO WHAT? - What makes this an urgent need for leaders to contemplate/explore/discuss/pray into?

We all talk about vision and calling and anointing; yet, many of us take years to “truly” know why we do what we do (the deeper why that comes from the Word of God, your passions and His unique calling upon your life).  For me, I dance when I see other leaders engage with what they are good at (what they were always purposed to be). So, I mentor, coach, challenge, love and nudge leaders of all types to advance the Kingdom: I have become a bridge for other to succeed.  We all need to know that we know that we know our theology and bible.  Why, because then we can walk into the deep waters of relationships across our community and not be offended without losing ourselves.  None of this is truly possible until you know “what makes you dance?”  By the way, this also helps you focus on the specific area of ministry you were truly destined for since the beginning of time.

  • NOW WHAT? - What action do you recommend we initiate?

There is no substitute for prayer, a loving woman at your side and buddies who will love and hold you accountable.  Once you have direction, gird yourself and pursue with reckless abandonment. Do not let the world or others slow down what God has place in your hearts. My friends, this is what is referred to as “grit.” It will not be your intellect, skills or network that takes you forward: in the end, it will be grit.

  • PRAY THAT…

...God’s abundance in all it’s manifestations will be yours. Be faithful day by day and when it becomes unbearable, be open to leaning on others. No one gets out of this life unscathed; but there are those of us who will be there for you.  Go get-em Tiger!
