•Make the Prayer-Care-Share LIfe The Culture of Leadership  and Discipleship

 

Lead:

-insert stories into your sermons

-interview  praying-caring-sharing people (members, guests, video)

-help members discern their fruit-gift-passion then help them correlate them with the prayer-care-share life

-cast vision to your leaders ... become accountable to them... make this a standing agenda item for all leadership team gatherings

-convince every class and group and ministry to tithe time to pray for the lost  and talk about caring and sharing opportunities
