If you feel God has placed you in a certain congregation, then you must believe that He will accomplish His purpose in you and in the people there by your presence. Until a different word from the Lord, seek to worship the Lord in all the liberty that environment allows. We will not have perfect conditions for worship until heaven.
I had an uncle who said that he had never gone to church but that he had been blessed. He said that he had some "close calls." Apparently he had been in some poor services. If the Bible is read, hymns are sung, prayers are prayed, and God's people are present, then surely we can find some means for worship. Whether the services are liturgical or free contemporary, they that worship God must do it in spirit and in truth (John 4:24).
