Boldness

Boldness is an important  character trait and is needed in our
positions of  leadership along with Power
and Confidence so we can be an effective witnesses for Yeshua the Messiah.

Boldness  is a trait that comes through our Faith in
Messiah Yeshua. It is a part of our personality that demonstrates confidence in
a believer, as a new creature in Christ.(Ep.3:12)  Our Boldness gives us the ability to enter
the throne room of grace of our  Most
High Elohim and Creator  and enter into communion
with Him (He. 4:16) !

The Noun “Bold” is decribed this way in Vine’ Expository Dictionary of Old
and New Testaments Words as:

1. Freedom of
   speech,
2. Unreservedness
   of utterance,
3. To speak
   without ambiguity, plainly,
4. To speak
   without figures of speech,
5. The absence
   of fear in speaking  boldly,
6. Confidence,
   cheerful courage, boldness,
7. The
   deportment by which one becomes conspicuous,
8. Acts openly,
   or secures publicity

The issue of being loud or even
arrogant to the point of feeling someone is shoving their religious point of
view down your throat   is misguided in expressing the Love of Elohim
!

Barbara, you will agree I Hope, that the scriptures should be our
instruction on how we should act. The new life in Christ is described in Paul’s
letter to the Galations and Ephesians . These are wonderfully comforting
scriptures that gives us discernment as to a person who is or is not acting
like a Believer in Yeshua.  !

The Holy Spirit leads us into all
truth (John 16:13) and the wisdom of the Holy Spirit has certain
characteristics that will be the judge as to whether the witness for Yeshua is
being led by the Holy Spirit or his own carnal flesh nature. Again the
scripture will show us the righteous way of discernment ! :

James 3:17

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable,
gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality,
and without hypocrisy.

The Holy Spirit is in continuous warfare
with the flesh and because of that we see believers pressing forward and
pushing their own ideas instead of listening to the Holy Spirit and speaking
what it wants you  to say.

People  who are quite knowledgable of the scriptures
can preach with very strong convictions and some of those sermons are expressed
with loud shouting ! Is that the fruit of the Holy Spirit ?

To answer that question we just have
to see if it is in harmony with the above scriptures.
