Worry quote.

Does does anyone know who wrote the words, "The opposite of worry is not the absence of anxiety, it is the presence of God"?  My wife wrote them in her journal some time ago and cannot remember who said it.  I don't want to use it in a sermon and not give proper credit.  If you know, please let me know.
