You may have already heard about this book, but since you mentioned the Lord's Prayer in your profile, you might want to check out David Chotka's book "Power Praying" - it's about praying based on the Lord's Prayer. I know that PrayerShop (Harvest prayer ministries) carries it - you can probably get it elsewhere as well.
