Discipleship in Churches

I have issue with how to raise disciplers that will use relational method of raising other disciples. Many today sees discipleship as a class of some group of people who just come to pass through a particular teaching in a book. I believe discipleship as demonstrated by Christ is a relational thing not class oriented issue
