This came in an e-newsletter from Ken Blanchard - use the format when training leadership -
"If you are ready to start working on your legacy as a leader . . . explore leadership from four perspectives:
- The Heart—Motivation and Character
- The Head—Assumptions and Beliefs
- The Hands—Application and Behavior
- The Habits—Daily Recalibration of Commitment"
Share a scripture foundation as a lead-in to each of the perspectives.

Phil,
Thanks for the 4 perspectives.
For me, it would begin with my Head (thoughts, attitudes), then Hand (service, giving), Heart (love, desire), Habit (discipline, character).
Head – Roman 12:2; Philippian 4:8
Hand – Philippians 2:4; Romans 15:1-2; 1 Corinthian 10:24
Heart – Romans 9:3; 2 Corinthian 12:4, 15
Habit – 1 Corinthian 9:27, Hebrew 12:14; Romans 12:18; Ephesian 4:3
Thank you for these perspectives. I am running a prayer training slot on the 25th and have decided to use this. Great.
