    Just a Simple Wave

3dff4abe-3200-4bf4-8556-ae7b322fdff3.jpgEven a pastor living a pray-care-share lifestyle can have trouble meeting his neighbors! Be encouraged by this great story from one of our LOVE2020 partners, Evangelicals for Social Action in Fresno, Calif.

Pastor Tyrone came to one of our luncheons and mentioned that he was having a tough time meeting his neighbors - people in his neighborhood were basically keeping to themselves. Another guest at the luncheon mentioned that he had simply started to wave to people on his block. So Pastor Tyrone started waving to his neighbors.

“As I began to do that and to pray, God began to open doors,” Tyrone reported. "I have a neighbor who lives across the street from me, he had a death in his family, and I was able to pray for him and to take him out to breakfast, and we have bonded."

It doesn’t have to be complicated! A simple wave can be a chance to show the love of God to a neighbor. Just pray, care and share and see what God does. It may only take a wave…

Ephesians 2:12 describes non-believers as "...without hope and without God in the world."  Colossians 1:27 describes Christians as having "... Christ in you, the hope of glory.”  It’s time to share our hope with others!

    LOVE2020 ~ Amidst Brussels Chaos

    LOVE2020 ~ National Coordinator's New Blog

The 4 "C's" of Ministering Together

...I am often motivated by the word, "Together," especially in Scripture. Jesus called His disciples together in order to teach, fellowship, give instruction, equip, and rejoice with them. He never sent His disciples out alone; He taught them the importance of scattering in groups of two or more to minister and gathering back together to share and celebrate what God had done in and through them.

The Great Commission was meant to be accomplished together; with each person praying, caring for others and sharing the Good News of Jesus with every person on earth until Christ's return. Continue >>>

Did you hear of our joint effort to transform USA?

Our team is waiting to respond to an invitation to your city.

ATC president Mark Beliles, with the help of his National Coordinator Travis Witt, is helping to develop local transformation teams that represent the shared dreams and initiatives of TW 2020 [Luis Bush - see photo below], TW USA [TC Kim and Dai Sup Han] and Love 2020 [Paul Cedar]. See logos below of the alliance partners.

Drawing on the combined networks and contacts, leaders are gathered in local communities to identify challenges that Christians are facing in America today, and then strategic plans are formed for all of the seven spheres of culture, and involving three generations. The goal is to have a cohesive national network by 2020 when America marks the 400th anniversary of the arrival of the Pilgrims and global leaders in transformationwill reconvene as well to assess the state of the church and nations at that point.

America needs you for such a time as this. We urgently request you to contact us if you want us to help your town or community as one of the places in the coming year or next that we should come and assist the transformation movement there.
