For Arabian Peninsula Muslims most of the very basics of Christianity are so far out of their worldview. For them to think of God as Father or even more out there is Daddy (Abba) is really hard.
The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba, Father." Romans 8:15
Islam teaches that God the Father cannot have a Son. God cannot become a man. God cannot die on a cross. For them the God of all creation cannot dwell in their hearts through the work of the Holy Spirit. Their worldview does not allow some of the most basic truths that come from God's Word.
Pray for the truth about the Father, Son and Holy Spirit to grow right across the Arabian Gulf.
Pray that many Arab Muslims would cry out "Abba, Father." May they know Him as their Father.
Pray that they would know the Father, who sent the Son, and of His great love.
Pray that the Holy Spirit would release the Arabian peoples from being slaves and living in fear to being adopted as sons.
