PIT Crew Ministry

For a number of years I have led a prayer ministry for my pastor titled PIT Crew. This is a ministry where laity from my church make a commitment to pray for our pastor during the month, including Sunday mornings. In addition we get together for an hour on the first Saturday of the month to pray for and with our pastor. We have found this prayer ministry to be a source of strength and encouragement for our pastor.

My question for everyone is this: Do many of you participate in a ministry of praying for your pastor? If so What is your prayer ministry like?
