Who Is Phil Miglioratti?

 

A Brief Answer

Phil Miglioratti is a ministry facilitator, curator, networker, and question-asker who has spent decades helping pastors and Christian leaders explore prayer, discipleship, leadership, evangelism, church transformation, and collaborative ministry. As founder and curator of Reimagine.Network, he invites Christ-followers to ask uncommon questions, depend upon the Holy Spirit, allow Scripture to renew their thinking, and translate discovery into faithful practice.

 

What has shaped me? What drives me? Why am I you doing this?

I am a question-asker, conversation facilitator, ministry curator, and lifelong student of how the Church might more faithfully follow Jesus Christ.

For decades, my ministry has focused especially on prayer, pastors, church leadership, discipleship, evangelism, community transformation, and collaboration across the Body of Christ.

But increasingly, one question has connected all of those interests:

What might happen if we became willing to rethink how we think about what we believe and how we practice ministry?

That question eventually became Reimagine.Network.

My Ministry Perspective

I am not interested in reimagining Christianity simply for the sake of being innovative.

For me, reimagining means returning again and again to Jesus Christ and asking the Holy Spirit to use Scripture to examine our assumptions, renew our minds, and reshape how we live and lead.

That is why I describe my approach as:

• Christ-Recentered
• Spirit-Led
• Scripture-Fed
• Prayer-Saturated.
• Question-Driven

I believe the Church needs more than better programs.

We need renewed minds.

And renewed thinking often begins when someone asks a question we haven't asked before—or have stopped asking because we assume we already know the answer.

 

Why Questions?

I have spent much of my ministry facilitating conversations rather than merely presenting conclusions.

I like to ask uncommon questions.

Not questions designed to undermine biblical faith, but questions that help us examine whether our assumptions, traditions, terminology, strategies, and ministry practices actually express what we say we believe.

A question can become an invitation:

• What is Christ saying to us?
• What might the Holy Spirit want us to notice, ponder, seek, ?
• What does Scripture require us to reconsider?
• What might we need to unlearn?
• What needs to change—in me before my ministry?

For me, that is where reimagining begins.

 

My Ministry Journey

My journey has included decades of work with pastors, prayer leaders, churches, ministry networks, and national Christian leaders.

I helped develop Pastors’ Prayer Groups, which grew into the National Pastors’ Prayer Network, connecting and encouraging approximately 1,000 pastors’ prayer groups.

That work expanded into online ministry networks including Pray.Network, Discipleship.Network, and Loving Our Communities to Christ.

Eventually those streams converged in Reimagine.Network—a place where years of articles, interviews, conversations, strategies, teaching resources, and ministry tools could become something more than an archive.

Today I am working to collate that reservoir of more than 12,000 resources into Guided Pathways, B!G Questions, Ministry Hubs, Leader Labs, and searchable #tag Topical Archives.

The goal isn't simply to help people find more information.

It's to help us think, pray, discern, discuss, and act with the mind of Christ.

 

How I See My Role

I don’t see myself primarily as the expert standing at the front of the room with all the answers.

Increasingly, I see myself as a facilitator and curator.

I bring questions.

I connect people and ideas.

I identify resources.

I invite conversation.

I try to create environments in which people can listen—to Scripture, to the Holy Spirit, and to one another.

And then I ask:

What?

So what?

Now what?

What might faithful obedience look like from here?

 

What Am I Trying to Accomplish?

I want to help pastors, ministry leaders, church members—and any Christ-follower willing to explore—move:

            from information → to formation

            from assumptions → to examination

            from answers → to better questions

            from isolated resources → to guided exploration

            from ministry activity → to Spirit-led discernment

            from insight → to faithful practice

And underneath all of it is the conviction now expressed in the Reimagine.Network identity:

That sequence matters to me.

We don't begin by fixing the Church.

We begin by reCentering on Christ.

And before asking what needs to change out there, I want to keep asking:

            What does Christ want to change in me?
