Heed — Discuss what changes may be needed in ministry culture, assumptions, priorities, practices, and leadership habits.

A Simple Team Exercise

Step 1: Read — Choose one article, interview, lab, or worksheet. Ask each person to mark the sentence that most provokes thought.
Step 2: Plead — Pray before discussing. Ask God for discernment, honesty, courage, and humility.
Step 3: Heed — Discuss what needs to change in thinking, culture, systems, priorities, or practice.
Step 4: Seed — Decide how this insight should be talked about, taught, preached, coached, or planted in the wider ministry.
Step 5: Proceed — Identify action steps, persons responsible, and follow-up conversations.
