Reimagine.Network is not designed merely to give you more information.

It is designed to help you enter conversations that lead to discernment, renewal, and Spirit-led action.

The forums and conversations gathered here invite pastors, ministry leaders, teachers, teams, and thoughtful disciples to pause long enough to ask: What are we assuming? What have we inherited? What have we ignored? What needs to be recovered? What needs to be reconstructed? What needs to be reimagined?

Better questions do not weaken faithfulness. Better questions can help us return to faithfulness.

Why Forums & Conversations Matter

Many ministry leaders are trained to find answers quickly. But reimagining often begins before the answer.

It begins when we become willing to ask the question we have avoided, inherited, rushed past, or never thought to ask.

A forum is not simply a folder. A conversation is not merely a comment thread.

At their best, forums and conversations become places of prayerful examination where leaders can test assumptions, listen to Scripture, learn from others, and discern what obedience may require.

Reimagine.Network conversations are intended to move us from quick opinions to deeper discernment; isolated thinking to shared wisdom; defending old patterns to examining them; and passive reading to prayerful reimagining.

Begin With Better Questions

Before entering a forum, begin with prayer. Ask:

• Lord Jesus, what question do You want us to ask?
• What assumption needs to be examined?
• What practice needs to be recovered, revised, or released?
• What have we called faithful that may only be familiar?
• What have we called innovative that may not be obedient?
• What would Scripture have us see differently?
• What would love require of us now?

The goal is not argument. The goal is discernment.

The goal is not novelty. The goal is Spirit-led, Scripture-fed obedience.

Use Forums With Your Team

Forums and conversations can become leadership formation tools. Use them with:

• ministry staff
• elders or board members
• prayer teams
• discipleship teams
• outreach teams
• small group leaders
• city or community ministry partners
• coaching cohorts
• leadership retreats

A simple team process:

Read: Choose one forum post or conversation starter.

Plead: Pray for humility, discernment, courage, and obedience.

Heed: Discuss what the Spirit may be highlighting about your assumptions, practices, priorities, or ministry culture.

Seed: Decide how this insight should be talked about, taught, preached, tested, or planted in ministry life.

Move From Discussion to Discernment

A conversation has not finished its work when people have shared opinions.

A conversation becomes fruitful when it leads to discernment.

Ask:

• What question did this conversation surface?
• What assumption did it challenge?
• What Scripture needs to be examined?
• What ministry habit needs to be reconsidered?
• What needs to be recovered?
• What needs to be revised?
• What is one next act of obedience?

Do not hurry. Some conversations are not meant to be solved quickly. Some are meant to form us slowly.

Return to ReCenter Christ

Every forum and conversation must return to Christ.

Otherwise, questions can become curiosity without obedience. Exploration can become opinion without discernment. Reimagining can become personal preference dressed in creative language.

So keep asking:

• Is Christ praised in this conversation?
• Is Christ presiding over this question?
• Is Christ preceding us into a new obedience?
• Is Christ present in the way we listen, speak, and respond?

Better questions should lead us closer to Christ, not farther from Him.
